I am Helmer Wieringa work for about 25 years in the publishing technology domain. I am technology strategist and worked for a global publishing company and in this role and I have managed change and innovation and have special interest in digital identity and semantic interoperability.

I studied Chemical Process Technology, and Psychology (Human Information Processing) and spend a lot of time in my life playing chess. I live in Amsterdam.

My blog will be about the future of internet practices, applications, policies from different perspectives: consumer, business, non-profit organizations and government.
